Going beyond just CRM, BI, or loyalty, Como Sense combines these strengths to help you drive business goals.
With our Swiss Army knife of tools, you’ll have the technology you need to compete in the digital age.
Como Sense is the only platform that provides small and midsize chains with all the customer management tools they need to make the most of each and every customer. Going beyond just CRM, BI, or loyalty, Como Sense combines these strengths to help you drive business goals.
With our Swiss Army knife of tools, you’ll have the technology you need to compete in the digital age. Como Sense integrates with your POS to create a seamless solution where all the tools work together: your branded mobile app, wide choice of loyalty programs, and connectivity with your online services. Most important, you’ll gain valuable business insights as well as the means to act on them—with smart automations that deliver the right incentives at the right time.
Como Sense is inspired by the common sense that works for small, local shops: personal relationships pay off. When you know each customer’s name, their needs, their habits, and their favorite brands, you can then make recommendations, offer a special deal, and show that they are remembered and valued.
But how can your multilocation business with thousands of customers do the same? That’s where Como Sense comes in. As the nerve center of your business, Como Sense constantly senses who each of your customers are and what they buy. You can then target them individually on multiple communication channels, no matter how big your business grows.
We are dedicated to adapting the flexible Como Sense platform to scale with you, and to continually providing innovations that keep you at the cutting edge of your industry.
Papa John’s, Burger King, Quiznos, Conway Panama, and Fox Racing are some of the major chains in Como’s client portfolio. Our global partner network includes POS companies such as ICRTouch, MICROS, PAR, and Posera. Como has been pioneering customer engagement technology in the cloud since 2005.
