Ronen Shilo is an inventor at heart and enjoys creating anything from software applications to musical puzzles. Introducing ground-breaking Internet applications is his passion. Before founding Conduit (now known as Como), Ronen founded Effective–i, a learning system that categorized, organized, and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Ronen also founded DoubleAgent (later acquired by NetManage), the first company to develop a collaborative technology that enabled application sharing over the Internet. Ronen holds a B.Sc. in computer science from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.

Dror oversees Como’s overall strategic development and works to ensure that the company’s operations run in harmony. Before founding Conduit (now known as Como), Dror was cofounder and development manager of Effective–i, a learning system that organized and delivered information to shorten search cycles within an enterprise. Prior to that, he led the engineering team at DoubleAgent that designed and developed technology for sharing applications over the Internet. He has also held leading technical positions in the Israeli Navy's software division. Dror holds a B.A. in physics and computer science from Bar-Ilan University.
Partner & Chief Financial Officer
Roy oversees Como's financial activities, compliance directives, and corporate operations. He brings more than 10 years’ experience in corporate and international financial management. Roy served as vice president of finance at Exanet, a leading provider of clustered Network Attached Storage solutions, where he led the finance, accounting, and corporate control departments. Roy is a CPA and holds a B.A. (cum laude) in economics and accounting from Tel Aviv University, as well as an MBA from the Recanati School of Business Administration at Tel Aviv University.

Liran heads Como’s Product and R&D divisions, responsible for developing the product strategy and roadmap, and overseeing all aspects of research, development, business intelligence, and innovation. Before joining Como, Liran served as cofounder and CEO at Keeprz, a loyalty and engagement platform for brands and businesses. Prior to that, he cofounded several companies and gained vast experience in the fields of business and technology. Liran holds a dual B.A. in Law and Accounting (magna cum laude) from IDC Herzliya.
CHIEF BUSINESS OPERATIONS
Ofer leads Como’s global sales and business development operations. Combining a passion for business with extensive experience in sales and management, Ofer drives Como’s growth by expanding its global partner network and building long-lasting client relationships. An executive with a track record of excellence for more than 15 years, Ofer has led large, cross-functional sales teams to high-level performance. Prior to joining Como, Ofer directed Microsoft Israel’s enterprise division. Ofer holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from the Ruppin Academic Center, an MBA from Ono Academic College, and a post-MBA certificate from the Israeli Chamber of Information Systems Analysts.
FOUNDER & VP STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS
Yair is responsible for identifying new partners and major accounts for Como, as well as building new business alliances around the world. He brings to this role a wealth of experience in the fields of customer engagement and strategic management. Most recently, he cofounded Keeprz – a loyalty and engagement platform for brands and businesses – and served as its Chief Operating Officer. Yair holds a dual bachelor’s degree (magna cum laude) in Accounting and Law from IDC Herzliya.
Chief Marketing Officer
Adi leads Como’s marketing team, planning and implementing strategies to increase brand awareness, build connections with prospective clients, and help new clients achieve their goals with Como. An experienced marketer and entrepreneur, he brings with him diverse expertise and an outside-the-box approach honed over more than two decades in both high-tech startups and large corporations. Among many previous roles, he has served as a CMO at Microsoft Israel and played a major marketing role in Orange Israel’s remarkably successful launch. He holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) and a joint MBA from Tel Aviv University and New York University.
VP Business Development & NY Site Manager
As VP of business development, Gil is in charge of Como’s business activities in the United States, responsible for developing strategic partnerships and bringing new clients. He also serves as the senior person in our NY office. Gil came to the company as head of the compliance team and then became director of business operations. Previously, he practiced law with Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal. Prior to that, Gil worked at Oberon Media in professional services positions. He holds a B.A. in information technology and an LL.B. from IDC Herzliya.
Eyal heads Como’s R&D division and is responsible for the development of the company’s products. A passionate R&D leader, he has over a decade of rich experience in managing multidisciplinary software development teams, as well as years of experience as a software engineer. Before joining Como, Eyal served as Director of Algorithm and Software Development at Polycom, an international telecommunication company that develops video, voice, and content solutions. Eyal holds a bachelor’s degree (cum laude) in Computer Science from The Academic College of Tel Aviv-Yaffo and an MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Lina is in charge of Como’s product strategy and roadmap. She has more than a decade of experience in product management, as well as a vast understanding of international retail businesses. Most recently, Lina served as a Senior Product Manager at the retail division of NCR, a global leader in high-tech solutions for retail transactions. She holds two degrees from Tel Aviv University: a B.Sc. (cum laude) in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in information systems, and an MBA (cum laude) with specializations in marketing and information systems.
Founder & Chief Architect
Danny oversees Como’s technical design and system architecture, as well as special R&D tasks. Before joining Como, he served as cofounder and CTO at Keeprz, a loyalty and engagement platform for brands and businesses. Prior to that, he founded Artomania, a startup that offered DIY art kits based on digital image processing. Danny holds a B.A. (cum laude) and an M.Sc. (cum laude) from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology, with majors in 3D graphics and surgery simulation.
VP Legal Affairs and Corporate Development
Omer oversees Como’s legal affairs, responsible for enabling and protecting the company’s business operations and ensuring its compliance with industry laws and standards. Previously, Omer served as general counsel and VP of business development at Gilat Satcom, a provider of telecommunication solutions, and as general counsel and VP of business development at Globalicom Trade. He also served as a helicopter pilot in the Israeli Air Force for eight years. Omer holds an LL.B. and B.A. in economics from Haifa University and an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University.
VP of Human Resources
Moran joined the human resources department as recruiting specialist in 2009 and now leads the department as VP of human resources, where she is responsible for establishing company policies and preserving the Como culture. Moran’s previous positions in Como included manager and then director of HR. She also worked at Partner Communications Company and Adam Milo as a recruiter. Moran holds a B.A. in psychology from the University of Haifa, and an MBA in business administration from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
